The Guardian view on Boris Johnson’s pitch: a ludicrous fantasy
The foreign secretary’s job application for prime minister promises an impossibly good deal from Brexit
This headline makes the Conservative foreign secretary seems foolish and this may suggest the political ideology of the news paper which may be more left wing due to a negative presentation of a member of the conservative government.
This article has recently been published.
it may be highly relevant to its audience as it should be a familiar issue for a politically involved audience. Typically they should be able to relate to it as usually guardian readers share the same ideology as the guardian which is more left wing, socialist. Although some readers may read it just to see the same issues presented from a different political stance.
In terms of the numbers of people involed this is generally about 1 MP however, this issue includes a huge political event which has had a lot of media coverage since 2015 when the issue was first discussed. As well as involving the entire national interest meaning it affects the whole countries population, economically, socially and in many other ways as well. The issues addressed during this article are clearly presented with to the point comments. In my opinion in terms of predictability, I find this article addresses expected issues to arise with Brexit as is a massive change for the nations future. as previously mentioned it has had plenty of media coverage so its has already been classed as news. in terms of the nature of the news it could be considered as bad or good depending on an individuals opinion about the issue.
